Treatment: use Analgesic,
surgery.

Broken.

Your bone which was broken , keep it safe for 1 month and 2
weeks at least, and use cream and Analgesic to fix it, and also don’t play football in 1 month and
2 weeks at least.

Warming:

Do exercise 30 minutes at least before playing football. Like push up, walking,
jogging, running, and move all your joints and your muscles.
5-
Hydration

Drink enough water, like 1 liter before playing football. to give you enough salts for you body, and to avoid your body from drying.
